- Wages:
3% increase effective April 1, 2024.
3% increase effective April 1, 2025.
3% increase effective April 1, 2026.
- Contract Language: Several contract language improvements were made.
- Retirement: The Employer increased the amount they match Employees’ 401K contributions from up to 5% to up to 7%.
- Bargaining Team: Local Union President Aaron Holdwick with GELC Labor Representative Christopher Watts.
