While providing life-saving directions to callers is part of the job for 911 Operators, a POLC-represented Dispatcher found herself helping a family she knew personally. Her calm approach while getting emergency services to the scene helped to save the life of a fellow POLC member’s toddler.

POLC/GELC Executive Committee member Troy Taylor recently retired, but he’s leaving a lasting impression as he skates into the next chapter of his life.
